A OneMarysville workshop will help service and retail businesses map every step of the customer experience—from first contact to loyalty—on Thursday, November 6, at Venue 36, 1195 Pony Express Highway.
“Improve Your Customer Journey” begins with a 5 p.m. social and continues with a 5:30 p.m. working session. Registration is $20 per person, payable to OneMarysville, and includes drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and heavy appetizers. To register, call 785-562-3101 or email [email protected]. The workshop is open to the public; advance registration is requested, and payment will be accepted at the door.
Participants will examine the full journey—awareness, consideration, acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention and loyalty—with parallel approaches tailored to storefront retail and service-based businesses. Attendees will document current practices, identify next steps and align customer needs and wants with practical improvements they can implement immediately.
The workshop is structured as a working session—a brief presentation up front, followed by guided exercises, small-group discussion and practical mapping tools. The emphasis is on hands-on application rather than a lecture, with participants leaving with clear, actionable next steps.
