Black Squirrel Fall Fest

Save the date — you would be “nuts” to miss Black Squirrel Fall Fest, happening on October 24, 2026! Marysville’s favorite fall tradition is a celebration of the black squirrel and everything it stands for: great neighbors, a vibrant community, and fun around every corner.

Come downtown on Saturday, Oct. 24 for an afternoon packed with activities, including traditions like the costume contest, live performances, and food and treats for every appetite. To kick off the celebration, ten new Black Squirrels on Parade statues will be unveiled!

Help make this year’s Black Squirrel Fall Fest fun for everyone! Volunteers will receive a free “I Love Where I Live” T-shirt to wear during the event. Please sign up for any and all slots for which you would like to volunteer.
