Pickleball is one of the fastest-growing sports in the country, and it’s happening right here in Marysville. It’s a fun, easy-to-learn game that mixes elements of tennis, badminton and ping pong, played with paddles and a plastic ball.
Pickelball is held every Monday and Thursday at 5:45 p.m. at the Marysville Berean Church. Our local pickleball group welcomes everyone. You do not have to be an athlete, and you do not have to know the rules before you show up. If you can hold a paddle and like to laugh, you’ll fit in just fine.
Players mix in and out of games, help teach new people and keep the focus on having fun and staying active. It’s a great way to move your body and meet new people.
Wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes.
Everyone is invited. Come once to try it or make it part of your weekly routine—either way, you’re welcome on the court.
